Responsibilities |
Enhance brand awareness in China market by various channels and platforms. Maintain and improve both offline and digital marketing platform Deliver localized documents by working with global marketing team Establish close relationship with external stakeholders such as industry associations (e.g. CAR, CHEEA, CHAA, etc.) Marketing research and analysis, competition analysis and monitor Collect customer demand and analysis to support proper product development Plan/Budget market events and implement by working with local and global team Work with sales organization to define sales strategy and implement systematically CRM management and optimization Business cases initiate and follow up project development status by cross functional collaboration Sales analysis and reporting, price and contract management Create value selling package to support sales promotion Co-work with sales to optimize sales channel and incentive mechanism |
Requirements |
n 资质要求 Education Background(Degree/ Major)教育背景(学历/专业) Bachelor or above degree in Refrigeration, air-conditioning, mechanical, electronic engineering. MBA/EMBA background preferred Occupational Qualifications(Name/Grade) 职业/专业技能要求(名称/等级)
Experience (Industry/Professional Experience/ Management Experience) 工作经验(行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等) Related sales and marketing experience in Refrigeration or relevant industry preferred. General Skill (Language/ Computer) 通用技能(语言/计算机等) Good communication skills both in Chinese and English Good at Microsoft Office tool and presentation skills
