| Responsibilities |
协调和驱动所有以班次为基础的生产有关活动，包括：制造、包装任务的完成、过程在线质量控制、工艺改进、安全、在线设备维修，以协助价值流经理达成价值流设定的各项KPI指标
Coordinate and drive the production activities by shift management such as manufacturing, packaging, IPC, process improvement, safety, equipment maintenance in place and staff management and development to achieve the VS KPIs set by VSM. |

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:
" 文化程度(学历/专业) Education Background
药学相关专业
Bachelor degree or above major in pharmaceutics
" 任职经验Working Experience
2年以上制药行业药品生产管理经验，具有跨国制药公司相关工作经验为佳
Two years or above production management experiences in drug production Company, have working experiences in multinational company is preferred
有本价值流产品类似产品生产管理经验为佳。
Be familiar with medical production process(production and packaging)
专业知识/技能Skill
熟练掌握产品知识及工艺要求，熟悉设备；熟悉生产相关验证的要求
Be familiar with products knowledge and process requirements of TSKF products/ equipments
Be Familiar with validation requirements relative with whole production process
有质量需求方面的工作知识
Working knowledge of quality requirement
熟悉GQP、GQG、GMP、质量手册、内审手册的要求
Be familiar with GQP、GQG、Quality manual、GMP requirements、self-inspection manual
熟悉SOP、批记录以及变更和偏差的规定
Be familiar with SOPs 、batch record、change control and deviation knowledge of Quality management
熟悉药品生产相关的质量及环保安全的法规及政策
Be familiar with GSK Quality policy/EHS policy
" 计算机及外语水平Computer and English ability
能熟练使用Windows XP系统及OFFICE WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOIN等软件
Using Windows XP and OFFICE software( WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT) fluently
具有基础的英语读写能力和基本的听说能力
Basic English reading and writing ability; Basic oral and listening ability
