| Responsibilities |
Essential Job Functions: Well versed in Leading a Team of about 10 to 15 Persons (existing Sales and CS Team) and managing the Accounts Receivables in line with the Company Policy. Sustain the existing Business from the 3rd Party Customers and enhance our Market Share in all our Product Lines in China Market. Direct the Sales Team to getting New Business Opportunities in line with the Company Policies. Forecast the Economic Fluctuations in China with respect to the effect it has on our Business. Well versed with the Corporate Reporting formats. Professional approach towards periodic reporting on the Competition activities. -Education/Skills Required: - Bachelor degrees& above: - A thorough professional with proficiency in English and the local Chinese Language Special Requirements/Conditions (overtime, travel, physical requirements, etc.): -Chinese Individual with immense knowledge on Geography and Industrial Areas of China. -A minimum of 15 Years Experience in Sales especially in the Weighing Field with good reputation in China Market - the location could be Tianjin/Beijing/Shanghai in the order of preference. |
