·         Responsible for engineering of motor products, define process and equipment base on product customer requirement and R&D requirement, fulfill the engineering related KPI, optimize production processes, monitoring, analysis and improve process CPK, introduce new technology and new products from engineering perspective, help on equipment trouble shooting, and CIP projects.                    

Job Requirement职位要求

·         Working with EC BU team for new products/projects to define proper processes and equipment to fulfill customer requirements and R&D requirements

·         CPK study and continuously improvement for existing processes         

·         Coordinate various tasks within group assigned by DM           

·         Work through the KPI targets of engineering group           

·         Perform DFM with R&D together, analyze the engineering mistakes and work out the corrective actions.

·         Participate LEAN concept implementation to eCar production lines            

·         Initiate and lead CIP projects to fulfill cost reduction KPI, review project result with management team

·         Cooperate with SP for the supplier's technology evaluation           

·         Make training plan/training record/training evaluation for engineers       

·         Evaluate the performance of engineers               

·         Support DM to work out the employee’s development plan according to SEDL business plan including training, promotion, etc.

·         Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) related tasks

·         Supervise and monitor EHS operation within responsible function according to national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures.
