| Responsibilities |
职位描述(Job Descriptions)： Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:Work at all levels and locations of TS organization to get the necessary support for the development of the different programs Manage/organize the different activities leading to a successful program development, including the different gate reviews part of BW Program Management Direct, coordinate, exercise functional authority for the planning, budget, organization, development of the programs Interact with the customers to satisfy customer demands Ensure the programs meet the results that have been approved (financial, quality, timing) Report in a timely and organized fashion the progress of the programs, raising flags whenever critical issues occur that cannot be controlled / corrected within the project team. Qualifications Requirements:Bachelor of Science Degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 - 10 years related experience in Program Management, Customer Team Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Production Operations.Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive product development and launch on a Tier 1 levelMaster’s Degree in Business or Industrial/Operations Engineering desirableProven record of competence in an engineering disciplineChinese/English Language SkillsOpen to/understanding of others culturesLean Manufacturing and/or 6 Sigma training experience.Management presentation skills and experienceWork skills:Working knowledge and experience in implementation of operational concepts and tools (Kaizen, SMED, OEE, PFMEA, etc.)Experience with general office computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, and office communications) Key Competencies: Customer FocusPriority SettingInformingBuilding Effective TeamsInterpersonal SavvyProblem SolvingOrganizational AgilityDrive for ResultsDecision QualityFunctional Technical Skill |
