| Responsibilities |
Position Objective 职位目标 1. Lead assembly shop and warehouse function to meet company target.2. Meet company safety target;3. Build up productivity to meet sales;4. Products quality assurance;5. Cycle count accuracy and annual physical count accuracy6. 5S inspection result7. Over time control8. Satisfactory rating from all departments and employees9. Appropriate procedure and process documentation · Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Support division policies, goals and objectives.Build safety program to keep ZERO accident and safe working environment.Implement quality procedures and process in shopfloor to increase right first time and build quality product.Keep 5S in shopfloor and warehouse.Based on financial budget, SOP to plan and production related resource plan.Review monthly production backlog and provide manpower to meet each cell outputOrganize daily production meeting to meet daily output and reduce WIP.Develop staff skills and keep low turnover.Manage Stores, Receiving, and Shipping functions.Implement LEAN manufacturing principles into the day-to-day operationInterface with material department, quality department and other department to meet customer requirement.· |
| Requirements |
Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求1. Degree in Engineering.2. At least 5 years of practical experience in ERP, production control, warehouse management and as well as supervisory experience of a multiple function manufacturing organization.3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Mandarin)4. Ability to work independently.5. Ability to develop, train and motivate staff.6. In-depth understanding in the areas of shop floor execution, including 5S, quality and resource planning.Understanding and prior exposure to LEAN manufacturing principles. |
