3. Cooperation with other departments for NPD

4. Setup new NPD procedure for Gulde engineering

5. Streamline Gulde’s engineering system

6. Developing direct reports and others

7. Acts in line with Gulde’s spirit and ethics

8. Hands on detailed engineering and design work

· Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求

1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or related, design working experience on mechanical engineering and related PM experience is preferred

2. More than 2. 5 years NPD experience and 2 years plus team management experience

3. Familiar with mechanical design and multi-functional knowledge on valve, actuator and instrument

4. Design and engineering and analysis skills, familiar with PM tools, strong MS Office skills

5. Good written and oral English

6. Good communication, strategically thinking, decision making, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills with Engineering common sense
