| Responsibilities |
Position Responsibilities:
· Coordinate reliability testing and analysis for new package
development, including Cu wire bond and board level reliability
· Manage reliability monitoring programs – update monitor spec,
review monitor result, provide quarterly summary to management
· Manage Safe Launch programs
· Respond to reliability inquiries
· Review new reliability specifications
· Participate in customer problem solving
· Drive reliability improvement programs
· Participate in QTP/release requirements
Position Qualifications:
· Familiar with manufacturing processes for power MOSFET and IC
products, including device design, wafer fabrication, packaging, assembly, and
test.
· Understand various failure modes and effects in all stages of
manufacturing processes.
· Familiar with problem solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, FTA, etc.
· Expert in statistics tools for reliability calculations and
predictions.
· Working project management skills
· BS degree in Electrical Engineering or other Science majors with 5+
years working experience in semiconductor industry. MS or Ph. D. degree with
technical publications preferred. |
