| Responsibilities |
· Main Responsibilities 主要职责1. Be responsible for quality control function including sourcing/receiving/in-process/FAT inspection etc.2. Leading, coaching QC team and work with other departments to achieve quality control objectives & KPI;3. Developing quality control procedures, instructions under Fisher global specification and preparing QP,ITP etc. documents as per special projects requirements.4. Dealing with NCR, anticipating root cause analysis for quality issues and using CAR/8D tools for qualityimprovement5. Supporting to solve customer complaint & taking actions for improvement when applicable.6. Leading process audit & coordinating product audit.7. Supporting supplier quality qualification and improvement.8. Completing other tasks assigned by supervisor.· Qualifications /Experience |
| Requirements |
资格及经验要求1. Bachelor degree or above major in engineering related.2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Mandarin)3. At least 10 years practical experience in quality and 5 years’ experience as a team leader.4. Good experience in ASME Codes such as ASME B&PVC II, V, VIII, IX etc.5. Ability to work independently and self-motivated, develop, train and motivate other staff.6. Know about ISO 9001 QMS and be familiar to use QC tools for analysis. |
