| Responsibilities |
Typical Responsibilities主要工作职责描述
To be in charge of new motor variants design according to projects.To be in charge of existing motor cost/technology improvement continually.To be in charge of motor project pre-scope from technical feasibility, timeline, cost and investment, etc.To be in charge of motor change and product implementation.To be involved in internal/external relative motor complain cases.To lead DFMEA & tolerance chain calculation on motor design changes and call meeting to review by platform and function head.To be responsible for competitor analysis on motor from lamination design, material, performance, cost, etc.To match motor protector and takeover protector selection test and support compressor engineers about protector dimension test.Knowledge on motor material/process/application and apply them in new motorBe responsible on other work which are assignedAccuracy of motor calculation. To ensure sample test result not exceed 5% of simulation.Control PMT projects matching plan to ensure schedule till production release.To finish competitor analysis on time and implement result into motor design for coming projects.Existing motor products are well maintained.To ensure motor ECM procedure well implementedQualification |

资质要求Education Background（Degree/ Major）教育背景（学历/专业）- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical motor design and engineering or equivalent- Strong theoretical background on electromotorOccupational Qualifications(Name/Grade) 职业/专业技能要求（名称/等级）- NoneExperience (Industry/Professional Experience/ Management Experience)工作经验（行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等）Strong theoretical background on electromotor design and over 5 years’ experience.Experience in motor design with motor CAD or Speed tool is required.Be familiar with motor test equipment setup and design requirement.Be familiar with motor mechanical design and material selection/verification.General Skill (Language/ Computer) 通用技能（语言/计算机等）Good English in oral and writing.Excellent on Microsoft, good on CAD/Pro-E and SAPSkilled problem analysis and solving
