Responsibilities |
Position Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Environment engineering or Chemistry engineering 2. 5+ yrs experience of EHS in electronic company, or 5+ yrs lead auditor experience in EHS consultant 3. Professional knowledge in EHS, be familiar with Industrial waste water treatment and air pollution treatment process Major Responsibilities 1. Asia EHS legal compliance and Vishay EHS standard audit. Conduct audits to ensure Vishay Asia sites compliance with laws, regulations, and Vishay EHS policies and standard requirements. Work with site IEHS manager for corrective action program after EHS audit. Review and approve corrective action and preventive plan for each site non-conformity findings. Monthly tracking CAP status. 2. Legal & Regulation update for all Vishay Asia locations, risk assessment, and relevant solution providing a) Maintain a system that provides timely updates of legal and regulatory change b) Conduct risk assessment to identify and mitigate all critical & potential risks to environment, people and property. To work with Asia sites for continually risk reduction. 3. EICC Audit to Vishay main sub-contractor & tier 1 suppliers Conduct audits together with purchasing team to ensure main sub-contractor and tier 1 suppliers compliance with laws, regulations, EICC and Vishay EHS policies and standard requirements. Work with sub-contractor for corrective action program after EHS audit. Review and approve corrective action and preventive plan for each site non-conformity findings. Monthly tracking CAP status. Conduct audits to ensure Vishay Asia sites compliance with laws, regulations, and Vishay EHS policies and standard requirements.
