| Responsibilities |
To lead and manage HR functions in one of the plants Shanghai; Implement HR projects and provide guidance to HR teams in Shanghai, within Corporate guidelines and government regulations, so as to provide high level HR services to support business goals of the plant.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, fluent in both written&oral English.Above 6 years experience in western company in HR area, at least 2 years management experience.Be familiar with labor law, Union law and other specialized HR knowledge and skills. Good leadership skillsBe flexible with strong commnunication and coordination ability. |
