| Responsibilities |
-
Visit customers to understand
their technical requirement.

Make
design change concept and drive for the investigation
-
Make/modify
3D/2D drawings
-
Calculate
the design tolerance chain (worst case & RSS)
-
Communicate
with SDE/process/supplier to optimize the design
-
Compose
DFMEA and finalize it with relevant function
-
Planning
design/design change verification test basing on DFMEA output.
-
Communicate
sourcing or supplier to order prototypes for verification
-
Manage
prototype inspection, selection, assembly and order verification test
-
Evaluate
verification test result
-
Drawing
and specification release in SAP
-
Provide
evaluation on component functionality impact of deviations when required
-
Coordinate
with other functional groups during design change process
-
Customer
contact representative of R&D team
-
Customer
on site support for technical issues when need
-
Documentation
of design meet ISO9000 requirement
-
Continuous
improvement on work efficiency
-
Make
product packing design and modification
-
Make
compressor installation accessory design and modification
-
Follow plant EHS requirement.
-
Be
responsible on other work which are assigned. |

Bachelor
degree or above in Mechanics or refrigeration related

Experience (Industry/Professional Experience/ Management Experience)

Min. 5
years relevant working experience in R&D or Engineering area.

Rich
experience of communication with customer, carmakers are
preferable
