Responsibilities |
1. Lead team of Engineers to provide Engineering Support to manufacturing group, strategic customers and sales teams. 2. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve overall performance to customers. 3. Coordinate and drive introduction of new products and Global Transfer business. 4. Lead team to ensure timely manufacture of Customer samples to exacting Quality standards and minimal turn around times to enhance opportunities for volume production. 5. Manage team to ensure product shipped to customer is to specification and correct quality standard. 6. Ensure team communicates effectively with customers regarding design changes and process improvements. |
Requirements |
1. Good relevant Technical or Science Degree. 2. Minimum 10 years of relevant Engineering experience in a fast paced and innovative manufacturing environment of which at least 5 years must have been in a managerial position. 3. Strong Project and Engineering management knowledge and experience. 4. Printing or related industry experience would be a distinct advantage. 5. Strong communication skills and fluent in English and Mandarin both verbal and written is a must. 6. Proven leadership skills are required for this position along with enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of the Management Team. 7. An ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks / projects. |
