| Responsibilities |
Performs technical feasability studies for new products and provides timely accurate costing components related to raw materials, industrial equipments and capital investments required for the new product industrialization. Defines items codification system and instruction and checks it's accurate implementation.
1. Performs technical feasability studies by analyzing technically new products/processes, defining its special characteristics and evaluating needs including machines, equipments and tools.
2. Contributes in appropriate way to financial feasability studies trough defining and communicating to Financial department costs to be incurred including BOM, Routing, raw materials and investments.
3. Maintains the items codification instruction and carries out required updates following changes & modifications undertaken in accordance with defined policies, procedures and customer requirements.
4. Assigns appropriate codes to items regarding raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods and maintains its revision according to items codification instruction.
5. Records items on the Information System according to the predefined specifications and carries out timely updates following approved modifications.
6. Prepares R&D KPI's related to feasibility study and defines accordingly R&D continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the R&D and Innovation Department and the Company's objectives.
7. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
8. Provides strategic consultancy support to customers in defining or designing business processes and researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements. |
