职位描述POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
In charge of product quality assurance and quality control during the SOP phase. Solve internal process and customer quality issues. Keep quality performance meeting Company’s quality management requirement.
负责量产阶段产品质量保证&控制工作。分析解决生产过程、顾客投诉的质量问题，关注客户门户网站的质量反馈，确保质量绩效水平满足公司质量管理及客户的要求。

| Requirements |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1.Responsible for coordination of relevant Departmental staff to finish PPAP files to schedule;
协调相关部门员工按时完成PPAP文件；
2.Collect customer special requirements and follow up approval condition;
收集顾客的特定要求，并跟踪批准状态；
3.Solve
internal, external and warranty quality issues. Implement root cause
analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification;
处理公司内/外部（包括售后市场）质量问题点/投诉，进行根本原因分析，制定纠正预防措施并验证有效性；
4.Establish and update relevant quality documents;
根据顾客和生产过程要求,编写/更新相关质量文件；
5.Regularly analyze quality data and create result report. Lead team to solve quality problems with 8D, A3, red X methods;
根据质量绩效目标，定期汇总/分析质量数据并总结报告。领导小组解决生产过程中的质量问题点(8D、A3、red X) ；
6.Monitor annual product type test，Lead team to identify and solve quality problems;
监控年度型式试验的状态结果。领导小组解决质量问题，制定纠正和预防措施的落实验证；
7.Responsible for inspection gauge effectiveness verification;
负责量产阶段的产品检具有效性确认；
8.Lead product audit and participate process audit;
主导产品审核，参与过程审核；
9.Provide inspection standard training to inspectors and operators;
培训作业及检验人员产品检验标准；
10.Perform other duties as required.
上级交办的其它事项处理。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
本科以及上学历，理工科背景；
2.Good English skill, CET4 or above; or proficient in Korean for Korean cars’ quality control;
英语水平良好，大学四级或以上；或者韩系车质量控制需要精通韩语；
3.Minimum 3 years molding/painting/assembly product quality control working experience;
三年以上注塑/喷涂/组装件产品质量控制工作经验；
4.Be
familiar with APQP, PPAP (ISIR),SPC,FMEA,MSA,8D, A3,Red-X; IATF16949
internal quality auditor certificate for BMW cars’ quality control;
熟悉APQP, PPAP (ISIR), SPC, FMEA, MSA及8D、 A3、Red-X等常用质量工具；宝马质量控制需要IATF16949内审员证；
5.Be familiar with testing technology, measuring technology, Quality Characteristic (QKZ) for product audit
熟悉测试技术、测量技术及产品审核所需的质量特性值QKZ方法；
6.Be familiar with a kind of drawing software, like CAD, UG is preferred;
熟练使用绘图软件，如CAD、UG者优先；
7.Should have good communication skill, team management and lead experiences;
良好沟通技巧和团队管理经验；
8.Should
possess with presentation skills be able to make introduce to customer,
and discuss relevant technical matter’s skill with customer;
具备演讲能力向客户演示公司，与顾客商讨有关技术问题的能力；
9.Should be proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT.
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件，能够制作优秀PPT。 |
