Service Fee:

Our usual service fee rate is ranged from 20% to 25% of the successful candidate's first year cash compensationand the minimum charge is RMB 25000yuan. The fee rate is negotiable based on the difficulty and the number of the assignment and the time needed for the assignment.

All payments will be remit to "NUSH CONSULTING LTD" against invoice.

The terms of payment will be discussed by the two parties
