Operation Procedure:
1. A Clear Understanding of our client's needs Through deep communication with our client we understand its history, culture, operations and needs-and the scope of the assignment. We define each assignment clearly in writing, including the timeframe and anticipated fees and expenses. 2. Signing the Agreement Sign the agreement with our client. 3. Researching and Sourcing We begin our work when both CHN-job and our client agree upon the specific definition of the position and the attributes of the desired candidate. We review our data sources. We analyze target industries. We also initiate confidential discussions with sources of candidates at this stage. We basically select 4-10 candidates who meet the demands. 4. Interview and Evaluation We interview the potential candidates, determine their level of interest, and evaluate their qualifications and personal suitability. We will also conduct preliminary reference checks before our clients ever meet a candidate. 5. Candidate Reports and Recommendations We will submit reports detailing candidates' personal and business histories, as well as our candidates appraisal of their fit within the parameters of the position. (This will be finished in 7-10 days just after we sign the contract and receive the retainer.) 6. Client Interviews and Assessment. We arrange the meetings for the candidates and the client to help clients evaluate the outcome. This includes answering questions that may arise and arranging subsequent meetings if necessary. If our client do not satisfy with the candidates, we will provide other candidates in 7-10 days. 7. Verifying a Candidate's Qualities When the verification of a candidate's qualities makes a clear choice and extends an offer to the candidate, we navigates the final steps in the search process. We conduct in-depth reference checks to verify a candidate's qualities or to resolve any doubts; help negotiate the final offer to ensure speedy completion; and advise the candidate on separating fairly and firmly from their current employer. 8. After Service After the candidate begin to work, we keep in touch with both side. We will help the candidate adapt himself to the new environment as soon as possible. 9. Guarantee Within the first 3-6 months of employment, should severance occur, Nush will endeavor to find a satisfactory replacement at no extra charge to the Client, providing: The severance is for any reason other than the failure of the Client to adhere to the agreed conditions of employment.
A position will be replaced only once.
