Responsibilities |
Key duties and responsibilities: Building up EHS management system according to laws and company requirements Ensure the latest development of EHS laws& regulations procedures and requirements. Implementation and maintenance of the EHS policy. Establish/maintain the emergency response plan and organize emergency drills Job safety analysis, risk identification& Environmental aspects assessment, organize corrective action plans and EHS inspections. Investigate incidents (including near misses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective action plans. Promote and follow up on accident/high severity prevention programmers, EHS promotion campaigns, contractor management, work permits, etc. Provide timely EHS training for employees Promote zero incident EHS culture throughout the company. Schedule and follow-up for regular factory 5S and safety inspection and actions required. Report any potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions before production start and provide plan of action to promote safety awareness and eliminate unsafe conducts. Maintain sound relations with local government authorities of safety and fire control, etc., and ensure that the management is at all time informed about the EHS issues to ensure the company’s legal compliance and high standard of occupational health, safety and environment protection. Drafting and maintaining EHS documents for internal/external audits Present a regular EHS report of workshop findings. Manage the hazard waste disposition and normal wasting handling and to comply with regulation requirements and company policy. Manage and conduct occupational health system Other task assigned by department head.

Requirements |
Requirement: 5 years EHS Management experience at least, preferably with machinery, assembly or other related manufacturing industry Bachelor’s Degree National Registered Safety Engineer Certificate is a must. Familiar with EHS legislation knowledge focused on manufacturing industry Good analytical skills and a good team player. Influencing communication skill English is workable |
