Responsibilities:· Develop and implement strategic and operational goals to ensure efficient daily operations.· Monitor the team's performance indicators, uphold safety protocols, and uphold quality standards.· Achieve cost-effective operations and implement effective operational strategies.· Collaborate with management on budget management and cost control.· Recruit, train, and upskill team members to enhance capabilities.· Manage planning and production to meet customer requests.· Efficiently manage resources and address challenges.· Handle additional assignments as assigned by the manager. |
| Requirements |
Requirements:· Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or
an equivalent field.· Demonstrated work experience as an Operations
Manager or in a similar capacity.· Outstanding interpersonal skills and
effective leadership abilities.· Practical experience in machining or
welding.· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and
English.Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong team leadership skills and customer orientation.· Able to deliver quality results. |
