| Responsibilities |
POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
1. New project development, edit production and paint process file; Responsible for quality management for painting produce, cooperate with other painting employees to improve quality, production capacity and yield of painting line;
新项目开发，产能分析，生产及油漆工艺文件，作业指导书编写；负责生产线涂装工艺过程质量监督管理，配合生产线做好质量，产能，合格率的提升工作；
2. Responsible for management all kinds of paint and chemical agent of pre-treatment and after-treatment, ensure normal running of paint shop operation line.
配合质量部做好新项目性能和外观质量认证；检验文件编制，对检验员进行培训，制定检验标准，解决客户的投诉，降低缺陷产品流出,降低PPM。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for quality management for painting produce, cooperate with other painting employees to improve quality, production capacity and yield of painting line;
负责喷涂车间涂装工艺过程/产品质量监督管理，配合喷涂线质量，产能，合格率的提升工作；
2. Responsible for control paint shop quality documents, write painting produce inspection standard and WI;
负责喷涂车间质量相关文件控制，编制喷漆件外观检验标准与检验的作业指导书；
3. Responsible for approval painting produces appearance in new project development phase, and complete painting quality documents and reports to meet customers’ requirements;
负责新项目开发阶段喷漆件的外观认可，及时提交客户所要求的与喷涂质量相关的资料/报告；
4. Undertake painting inspection standard training for the staff who engaged in painting inspection job;
负责对从事喷涂检验工作员工进行必要的检验标准培训；
5. Lead internal staff to undertake continuous quality improvement;
组织喷涂车间内部相关人员质量改善活动；
6. Cooperate the internal/external audit of related with the quality of the Paint Shop, following the improving result for the non-conformance term;
负责配合内外部审核，及审核不符合项的预防措施进跟踪；
7. Develop and try production new painting produces for new project, write out painting technological documents;
新项目喷涂开发试制及喷涂过程相关工艺文件的编制；
8. Monitor painting materials’ standard use, count and updates the materials rate of expenditure;
油漆原材料的规范施工及消耗定额的统计更新；
9. Continuous improvement for painting technological, including parameter optimization, cost reducing, process optimization, etc.;
喷涂工艺相关的持续改善（参数优化，成本节约，流程优化等）；
10. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior.
完成领导交办的其他工作。 |
