| Responsibilities |
职位描述§ Ensure effective implementation of process quality control and product quality control standards and procedures- Responsible for the effectiveness of the quality monitoring system running- Define and update the standards, procedures. Inspection instruction, SOPs, check sheet related to process quality control and product quality control;- Provide systemic quality training and evaluation for production operators and setters- Make professional analysis and reliable judgment in case of quality deviations;- Feedback / follow up the quality deviation and corrective actions related to processes or materials with other departments or functions, and make final decision;- Through implement Level control and routine test to ensure compressor performance§ Analysis product's characteristics and implement quality improvement (Systematic investigations)- Make a detailed analysis for customer complaints, process analysis, routine check and lab tests , 6s statistics, complaints to suppliers;- Define / propose quality improvement projects / tasks based on customer complaints, process analysis, routine check and lab tests, , 6s statistics, complaints to suppliers;§ Monitor and guide the function of quality technician (2nd QCC) ;- Be responsible for training and qualified, daily job arrangement and performance evaluation of quality technician (2nd QCC)- Support process flow design and work instructions preparation;§ Support/Coordinate internal auditing and shop floor auditing, implement correction action§ support to new projects and new product related departments or Functions(MAP, new process, and son)
