| Responsibilities |
Position Specification:
Business Manager in responsible geographic area in accordance with OCL NPP strategy and overall planning
Innovator/facilitator for NPP center’s working procedure, resources planning, and continuous improvement
Strategic Relationship builder with all concerned parties, including internal requestor and external vendor
Team builder of NPP center
Basic Accountabilities:
1.Acquiring with latest market supply information and demander’s needs
2.Contributing OCL NPP Strategic Planning and aligning Center’s planning accordingly
3.Conducting working procedure work and allocating responsibilities in corporation with OCL NPP
4.Approving commercial orders/agreements in responsible area at daily base
5.Responsible for center’s daily execution and coordinating center’s activities priority to meet goods/service supply
6.Organizing resource development activity in center in terms of staff skill, relations and working environment
7.Striving for center’s continuous improvement
8.Problem-solver
9.Ensuring working professionalism and high ethic standard of the team
10.Reporting NPP center’s performance and progress
Key Measurements:
1.Ensure compliance with OCL NPP policy
2.Ensure effective purchasing in center (cost, Lead-time, quality, vendor management) to meet NPP long-term objectives
3.Enable transparent/professional NPP management
4.Cost saving in responsible center

Other OCL NPP centers, all OCL functions |
| Requirements |
Qualification Requirement:
1.Education: University/College or equivalent
2.Experience: at least 4 years experience in purchasing/sourcing work, preferably with industries working experience. Possess ERP knowledge and familiar with computerized ERP system. Knowledge of materials ERP system would be an added advantage
3.Language: Fluent in English and Chinese both writing and speaking
4.Computer Skills: Good at Microsoft Office
5.Other Key Competencies: Professional management skill, highly motivated, strong team player, good communicator, high ethic standard and perseverant |
