| Responsibilities | · Lead the responsible functions in a very fast-paced automated manufacturing environment that runs 24 hrs/day, 7/days per week.
· Drive the operational functions to make continuous improvement and operational excellence in every phase of the operation yielding agreed targets on quality, and throughput.
· Ensure accurate and adequate capacity availability to meet sales budget, highlighting any additional capital equipment requirements.
· Implement and ensure effective use of MRP in the PMC and production to support the customer needs and dynamic demands.
· Lead the daily operations meeting ensuring actions are progressed in a timely manner to support all customer requirements on delivery and quality.
· Ensure operation support all departments with accurate reporting.
· Drive monthly based forecast review with operations and RCCP review.
· Drive On-time delivery to and Month-end past due to meet agreed targets.
· Aggressively target and reduce all forms of waste and support ITT cost reduction goals by applying best practice Lean Six Sigma tools.
· Ensure housekeeping is maintained to high standards.
· Lead, develop nurture subordinates ensuring effective succession planning.
· Instill an aggressive culture, with a desire for urgency and the ability to lead win-win outcomes to issues.
· A true self-starter with the ability to work towards goals with little day-to-day supervision.
· Ability to develop and challenge direct reports to reach new levels of performance and job satisfaction.
· Embrace the ISO quality systems and procedures and lead the culture to quality and performance goals
· Develop, analyze and control monthly and annual departmental expense budgets.
· Insure superior support to customers service personnel and has the ability to interface well with customers.
· Provides leadership and support to all required planning and site meetings. |

· Demonstrated working knowledge of MRPII and ISO9001 Systems
· Five years of management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
· Five years of management experience in a multiple shift manufacturing environment
· Five years of management experience in a leadership role with personnel and budgetary responsibility.
· Familiarity with tooling process and knowledgeable in process engineering areas and other automation equipment, preferred.
· Undergraduate (4 year) degree in business or science
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical papers.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of production processes and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
· Apply quality policy to everyday duties and responsibilities.
· Proficiency with MRPII, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Mail preferred.
· Some travel required.
