Responsibilities |
Main Responsibility:Responsible for manufacturing including overhaul manufacturing of traction products to achievethe organization’s short and long-term business objectives. Responsible for implementation ofthe relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.• Responsible for strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to developand implement production systems and processes to achieve organization's overallvision and its current and long-term business objectives.• Responsible for production budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of productionactivities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, andmanufacturing standards.• Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability ofinstallation activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure thatstandards are met.• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible forvarious production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, treating,or packaging.• Cooperate with functional or operational area managers (for example in supply andlogistics, or sales) to understand their current and future product needs and developplans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existingmanufacturing activities.• Ensure implementation state of the art standards for EHS, occupational safety andproduction quality in cooperation with the related departments.• Provide necessary engineering capacity. |
Requirements |
Requirement:• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical related.• 5 years or above experience in manufactory management field, electrical/mechanical background required.• At least being a manager for multinational company and multiple teams over a period of3 years.• Excellent English communication and presentation skill.• Strong leadership and capability of planning, organize and coach. |
