Responsibilities |
Responsibility:Build and develop strong long-term relationship with selected specifiers, Strategic end-usersInitiate long term partnership agreement with these strategic accounts.Organize and attend industry events to promote company brand, to Increase company brand value and recognition in defined segmentsDriver for value proposition and selling in defined areas to develop more opportunitiesCollect Market demand and understand the value chain in defined industries, support organization to improve the service procedure or optimized the service packageMapping the selected segments and provide management with analysis report indicating the market development trend and perspective.Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Application and other local or global functions to work out strategic plan for the defined segmentsManagement of the strategic accounts, to improve its performance and increase Secop marketing share.Implement sales process into CRM |
Requirements |
Qualification资质要求Education Background(Degree/ Major)教育背景(学历/专业)Bachelor degree or above in major of Electronics/ mechanics or Refrigeration engineering, supplementary with a business of administration or similar will be preferred Experience工作经验(行业或领域/专业技术经验/管理经验等)Minimum 5 years working experiences in sales& marketing area.Solid B2B business experienceUnderstanding of the Food retails, Cold Chain. or Energy management in HVACR industries.General Skill (Language/ Computer) 通用技能(语言/计算机等)Good at communication both in Chinese and English (written)Good at Microsoft Office toolsCompetency(Technical/Outstanding presentation skillCollaborate with others in Matrix organization |
