| Responsibilities |
Job Purpose 岗位目的:
Manage all the TSKF engineering projects both in building facility and utility system to ensure the project meet ETCM/ GMP and local authorities requirements and objective achievement in quality standard , EHS managements , cost control and time schedule.
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1. Launch the long term engineering project master plan and come up with the solution.
2. Establish the project quality standard to meet ETCM /GQP and local authorities' demands.
3. Submit the project investment proposal (PIP) and justification.
4. Monitor project implementation in design, construction, project acceptance and handover in terms of project management approach.
5. Draft the documentation to support the engineering procurement and quality audit as well as local authorities review.
6. Coordinate with relevant production, quality, EHS, utility operation and other departments during the project implementation to meet GSK demand.
Coordinate with local fire authority, planning bureau and environment protection to meet the national code. |

Requirements:
Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:
文化程度(学历/专业) Education Background：
Bachelor degree or above , major in Engineering, mechanics and electricity.
任职经验Working Experience：
8 years or above experience in engineering project management.
专业知识/技能Skill：
Knowledge of engineering and project management.
Capability of engineering drawing identification.
Knowledge of quality validation.
Capability of project estimate and budget.
Understanding GMP knowledge is preferred.
计算机及外语水平Computer and English ability：
1. Ability of using windows XP and office software( word、excel、powerpoint ) to do the daily work. Strong skill for AutoCAD. Familiar PM management software.
2. Good English in writing, listening and reading.
能力要求Personal ability：
Good communication skill with teammates.
Good coordination skill with across different department. |
