| Responsibilities |
职位目标: To provide financial support to TSKF Finance Director, this includes finance and accounting control, budgetary , forecasting & latest estimate cycle, variances analysis and internal control management. 主要工作职责 Support Finance Director to manage/direct the Finance & accounting operations, including all accounting cycles, internal customer, external customers, banks and tax authorities interactions and communication Lead and manage monthly Balance Sheet Review (BSR) to make sure accounting compliance Continuously drive process improvement & good balance between simplification and good internal control. Facilitate internal audit and external audit; Drive training/people development program and rotation program in Finance team, make sure a good people succession planning; Keep good corporate with all departments and key counterparts in inter-company and CHK shared service finance team; Monitors and controls budgets, costing and forecasting which includes providing Finance training, advice and support to the each cost center owners in the collection and phasing of expenditure budgets Responsible for the establishment of financial policies, procedures and internal controls for sales team ensuring that they are in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. Support Finance Director to manage/direct the preparation, development, analysis and control of all business expenditure, including R&A, A&P, OPEX & CAPEX etc; Identify issues, risks and business options, which could impact financial results |
| Requirements |
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or economic. Master Degree or ACCA, CGA, CPA etc is preferred Above 5 years managerial finance experience, working experience in foreign invested commercial company and/or in pharmaceutical business is preferred Professional planning & analysis skill, good at variances analysis, root causing and finding solutions Knowledge of both corporate and appropriate financial guidelines/principles (IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, PRC GAAP, related taxation law & economic law etc) as appropriate Well legal sense on PRC Laws & regulations, esp Pharma related regulatory requirements Project management experience is preferred Experience on use of finance system such as JDE, Oracle, SAP, etc. Open & proactive mindset, super communication skill, actively promotes the integration of functional activities and generation of team spirit, high professional ethics Fast learning ability under pressure Strong & sharp insight & analytical skill, logical and of good internal control sense;Customer driven Superior skill on Microsoft office; Fluent Oral & Written English |
