Responsibilities |
Summary Position Requirements :Essential Job Functions :- To oversee HR function of Sales offices located in China- Work closely with hiring manager of different function to fulfil recruitment need- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and employee compensation- Responsible for annual personnel budget preparation and monthly personnel cost analysis- Administer, review, enforce and communicate HR policies in sales offices- Manage employee engagement activities, performance appraisal process and support HR projects Experience : - At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience, including 3 years of regional exposure- Good communication skills and proficient in both English and Mandarin- Familiar with local labour law and policyEducation :- Bachelor degree in Business, major in Human Resources or equivalent |
