| Responsibilities |
· Main Responsibilities 主要职责
Ø Maintenance and repair for all workshop facility, fixture, tool, power system, HVAC, water supply and sewage, compressed air system, electricity distribution and lighting system, door access control system to ensure all smooth operational condition for various sub-system; and also take emergency action for all related trouble shooting;
Ø Deploy, inspect, repair and maintenance for all interior and exterior decoration, water proof, road, fence, and piping system;
Ø Set up facility and utility weekly, monthly, annually repair/maintenance plan and ensure implement well for such plan;
Ø Set up purchasing strategy and plan for spare parts to ensure economic but safe inventory level for key spare parts;
Ø Set up main facility and utility operation procedure including repair and maintenance;
Ø Edit equipment technical documentation, create numbering system for all main equipment, utility and facility including attachment for each equipment and filing and updating all main equipment, utility and facility;
Ø Fulfill regular calibration for all equipment, facility and utility in term of related gauge and instrument per governmental / company procedure and regulation in order to ensure sound operational condition and compliance label is updated and available to attach on the surface of each related equipment;
Ø Fulfill management procedure for contractor working performance, to ensure well control of contractor onsite operation in term of both safety and quality and to comply with company requirement. |
| Requirements |
· Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求
Ø Bachelor degree in engineering or business field or equivalent
Ø Minimum 5 years related experience in International manufacturing environment
Ø Ability to make tactical decisions and drive continuous improvement
Ø Computer literate
Ø Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Mandarin)
Ø Ability to work independently |
