Responsibilities |
Essential Job Functions :
1. Formulate and execute company quality policy within Corporate quality policy.
2. Handle Non-conformity.
3. Set up Dept. objective, deploy and supervise the implementation.
4. Lead engineers to audit supplier quality system.
5. Lead engineers to handle customer complaints.
6. Manager budget, allocate budget and monitor expense.
7. Lead subordinates, mentor and coach team members.
Education/Skills Required :
1. 5 years experience as a minimum in quality management field in mass production manufacturing company.
2. Experience of quality methods and tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA and so on.
3 .Experience in leading the quality team to improve the quality system and achieve the quality objective
4. Bachelor Degree or above with Excellent English oral, read and written.
5. Have the basic command for the mechanism, have the ability of reading the mechanical drawing. |
