职位描述As part of China supply chain team, Material Planner is responsible for overall management of production materials procurement for manufactured product in Tianjin facility. He/she is responsible for managing planning parameters, execution of purchase orders, sustaining delivery of parts & materials to support on-going manufacturing production, maintaining good relationship with suppliers, tracking components engineering changes and controlling purchasing cost.作为中国供应链团队的人员，直接采购人员需要负责管理天津工厂的所有生产物料的供应工作，同时对物料计划参数、订单管理、物料运输、供应商管理以及配合工程变更和控制费用方面承担工作职责。Responsibilities:- Set up and review of purchasing term/planning parameters with suppliers, to constantly meet global supply chain requirement.－协调确认物料的采购参数，确保供应商始终如一的保持跟随全球供应链系统的要求。- With full understanding of MRP logic, releases of new purchase orders and follows up to ensure on-time-delivery, pull in/push out of delivery of purchase orders, follow up past due PO and critical shortage, review and control raw material inventory at reasonable level, specially no excess/obsolete material- 完全了解MRP运算逻辑，发放订单并跟踪订单交货的及时性，可以有效的同供应商协调订单的推迟以及提前的要求，跟进过期订单的情况，处理缺料的问题. 同时监督并控制原材料库存在合理水平，特别的不能产生呆滞库存。- Work with logistics to follow up the inbound logistics, importing compliance, make sure both domestic and overseas suppliers meet requirement, can initiate and participate in continuous improvement on logistics, control premium freight cost.- 同物流部门协调工作，保证国内外供应商能够按照的要求发送货物，提出并参与到改善物流过程的工作当中，控制额外物流费用。- Involved in JDE system implementation for variety of purchasing module (Kanban, VMI, JIT, uncontrolled floor stock etc)- 参与到系统的建立和执行过程当中，（例如看板管理，供应商库存管理，以及JIT零库存管理当中）- Involved in NPD and Localization projects to make the projects on time and under budget- 参与到新产品与国产化项目当中，为新产品和国产化的成功实施提供支持。- Work with sourcing & SQE to monitor supplier performance and drive for continuous improvement, maintain good relationship with suppliers via good communication skills.- 与采购开发和供应商质量管理部门一同管理供应商的工作表现，带动供应商的持续改善，建立并保持与供应商的良好关系。- Work with quality and warehouse to coordinate the replacement of goods, DMR, scrap- 协调并支持质量部门处理不良原材料的工作。- Work with accounting to follow up the payment and solves invoice reconciliation-同财务部门一起解决供应商发票付款问题。- Work with Engineering and sourcing team to tracking engineering changes through the life cycle of the component-同工程部门和采购开发部门一起协调解决原材料工程变更事项，确保工程变更的及时性。- Anything that might be assigned- 可以有效的完成各项上级指派的工作。 |
| Requirements |
Requirements:· Bachelor degree or above· 本科及以上学历· Must to have minimum 5 years or more related experience in tactical or other relevant purchasing area· 五年以上相关采购经验· Understanding purchasing process and program· 熟悉采购流程和相关工作内容· Familiar with MRP/ERP system and logic, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle· 熟悉MRP/ERP 的系统运行逻辑，了解JDE系统者优先· Proficiency in the use of computer office software such as Word/Excel/PPT· 熟练使用Office办公软件· Fluent English, Good language skills and strong communication skills· 熟练英语书写以及较强的英语口语沟通能力· Strong ability on supplier management which not only help supplier to correct issue but also improving all the time from root cause level.· 拥有较强的供应商管理能力，处理供应商问题的同时，帮助供应商从根本上改善· Strong & effective communication skill and teamwork, can coordinate the related resource (Production, W/H, Engineer, SQE, suppliers etc)· 具有较强的沟通协调能力，团队合作能力，可以协调各部门之间的工作。· With strong sense of urgency, responsibility and initiation.· 具有较强的责任心和及时完成各项工作的能力。· Detail oriented, self-motivated and independent· 积极性，能动性，独立性。· Strong team-working spirit not only make “self-good”, but also could help other team member growing up and could lead some small project work to achieve successfully.· 拥有强烈的团队工作意识，不只是个人工作表现要满意，同时还有能力帮助团队成员成长，并且可以作为某些小型工作项目的leader角色。· With basic safety awareness· 具备基本的安全意识 |
