| Responsibilities |
• Fully support production through well management of engineers daily works to achieve KPI • Lead to follow and close all internal & external audit also ISO 9000, 14000 actions. • Know how of Generator product and the interface with the processes • Carrying out of the localization plan, deadlines, milestones • Control, review and localization of product documentation to guarantee the quality guidelines and the reliability of the generator • Local verification and validation of the product • Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in whole organization • Control all process in optimization, new version and good operation situation. • Manufacturing tools and equipment improvement. • Lay out and process support and analysis. • Member of Generator CCB, full rights. • Technical assessment for NC deployment in China. • Man power analysis, ILUO training plan and follow up. • Analysis report for any wind farm feedback. |
| Requirements |
Major in Electrical Engineering (Generators, rotary electric machines) or mechanical Engineering (Machine Construction) 3 years or more experience in Generator or in rotary electric machine manufacturing branch will be highly appreciated Electrical background will be compulsory Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork Good English |
