| Responsibilities |
The operation of the assembly plant, including production, process engineering, R&D, QA, planning, costing, equipment, purchasing and work with Regional department, such as HR, IT, Finance, Logistics and IEHS to meet the division targets |
| Requirements |
Good command in English and good EQ in communication ability with different entities, chiefs of department heads;
Good leadership to motive employees to cooperative to each other to achieve the department targets;
Strong sense in operation of an assembly plant, including the KPI in on-time-delivery, cost oriented, quality, and customer satisfaction;
Good project management capability in handling multiply relocation projects, organized in multi-tasks and good at prioritizing and rational comprehension lead departments in complete mission under time pressure and limited manpower
Work for foreign company for 5 years at least, and familiar with the matrix organization operation;
Familiar with engineering issues, he/she is capable to understand production problem, including yield rate, quality, planning, cost of vender and production line. He/she is able to give subordinates a clear direction and work plan to achieve success step by step;
Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 and other computer manipulating;
Good sense of cost and budget control;
Familiar with weighing industrial or load cell manufacturing is a plus
Bachelor degree or above
No problem in traveling for weeks. |
