| Responsibilities |
Plan and schedule regular maintenance activities for Tianjin Plant.
Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, cooling, electrical power, gas, or compressed air, freezers required for operations
Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
Inspect operating machines and Equipment for conformance with operational standards.
Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labour and materials.
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems to keep the production line running without interruption.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Implement the organization’s health and safety policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with the regulations and laws. Provide safety knowledge training courses to all employees, monitoring employees behaviours on safety fields
