| Responsibilities |
Position Objective 职位目标· Manage and execute the KOB1 projects assigned by PMO to deliver customer satisfaction and company business objectives.· Ensure execution with respect of delivery date, quality, technical and safety requirements. Identify and control risk during execution· Maintain customer relationship, for CNPE\ CNPEC\ SNERDI and all NPPs· Main Responsibilities 主要职责· Coordinate execution of nuclear KBO 1 project from contract endorsed to manufacturing\ shipment and cash collection.1. Contract terms reviews and support Sales team to negotiate the execution requirement to make sure clear contract received, such as project plan\ costing model and compliance matrix.2. Review the project specification to ensure it is launchable for factory, plan and build the execution schedule with key milestones, responsible for Kick-off-Meeting with all stakeholders, to communicate order specifics.3. Tracking the project document approval progress and ensure to distribute the doc and approval to the related department of factory.4. During production phase, monitor the project execution status to ensure milestone will be met, coordinate the follow-up actions with factory IPM.5. Be the contact window with customer, prepare the inspection plan, project status reports to customer.6. Coordinate the shipment activities, including preparation of shipping documents, and ensure the shipment plan is in line with the forecasted Sales POR.7. Ensure invoicing is fulfilling Incoterms and contractual requirements, cash collection on time.· Other tasks assigned by PMO· |
| Requirements |
Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management. Preferred field include Power, Mechanical, Instrumentation etc.· Global business experience is mandatory.· Minimum of 5 years project management experience, PMP or PgMP preferred.· Working experience in the nuclear equipment manufacturing industry or process control industry is preferred.· Competency 能力· Good communication skills for both verbal and written (English)· Technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing· Strong business management and customer orientation· Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary· Project management· Proactivity |
