Typical Responsibilities主要工作职责描述Take the lead for technical evaluation for potential suppliersEnsure the product from supplier is according to the company Specification and procedureEnsure the process at supplier is under controlAssistance supplier to improve performance and achieve corporation's objectives in the areas of Quality, Cost and Response, including Potential Supplier approval, Design review, Control Plan Audits, Process Audits, Problem Solving ActivitiesReview component design with suppliers to verify cost, feasibility, capacity, gauging and overall conformance to specified tolerances.Drive internal MAP for raw-materials from suppliersParticipate to establish and maintain inspection plan for partsEnsure continuously improvement at supplier to reduce supplier internal failure rate.Push and support supplier improving process efficiency to reduce internal cost.Align and define quality target with supplierKeep pushing supplier development projectsKeep pushing parts localizationLead and support supplier development projectsBe an expert on Quality Tools - Lead / Assist supplier implementing quality tools during production,Follow Material Approval Procedure (MAP) for new parts as part of NPD projects, and re-qualify parts as part of supplier transition projectsSupport R&D new project (involve supplier during design to define suitable process and spec)Push supplier to improve supplier processes and procedures to meet cost, specification and capability targets, support purchasing team for cost reduction.To be a technical liaison between our Suppliers, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing Sites.Implement regular audit at supplier to ensure suitable quality system control at supplierEnsure supplier quality issue improvement action effectivenessEnsure supplier quality performance stable at the company and keep improvement.Share supplier quality performance to each supplierAlign and define quality target and quality penalty with supplierImplement process audit at supplier during part development to verify supplier quality system control setupRelease parts in systemEnsure needed documents for parts approval well managed according to company standard.Ensure internal cost due to parts failure under control.Lead / Assist supplier implementing quality tools during production.Ensure tool/equipment maintenance management at supplierEnsure change management at supplier according to company standardEnsure quality deviation improvement effectiveness and close quality deviation case efficientlyRegular supplier performance evaluationOn site monitor supplier process control.Environmental and Safety ensure at supplier side |
