| Responsibilities |
1. Responsible for project management. Ensure project communication and coordination. Ensure the time schedule.负责项目管理工作。确保项目上顺畅的沟通和协调。确保时间节点。2. Support headquarter project team for all the project related works. Coordinate related functional team and make sure project go to SOP smoothly. 协助总部项目组完成相关项目工作。协调和管理职能部门，确保项目顺利进入量产阶段。3. Organize regular project meeting (project reports / project status / milestone review, etc.) 组织定期项目会议，检查项目报告，项目状态，节点完成情况等相关文件。4. Lead manufacture team to complete samples building on time. 带领生产相关团队进行阶段样品制作，按时提交样品。5. Create and maintain project issue list. Follow the items till close. 创建和维护项目问题清单，跟踪问题点直至关闭。6. Create project forecast list and follow the spending regularly. 创建项目预算清单并定期跟踪花费状态。7. Responsible for SAP-MES linking concept setup. Lead the material and product traceability building and improvement project. 负责创建SAP-MES连接方案。领导生产原材料和产品在线跟踪系统的建立和改进。 |
| Requirements |
1. Bachelor degree or above; Major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related. 机械/电气工程相关专业，本科以上学历。2. At least 3 years project management and/or 5 years auto motive experience. 至少3年项目管理工作经验或5年的汽车行业经验。 3. Familiar with SAP, MES, APQP, PPAP etc. processes. 熟悉SAP, MES, APQP, PPAP等流程。 4. Familiar with product life cycle system process. 熟悉汽车零配件行业产品生命周期系统流程。 5. Familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA, Contorl Plan, etc. 熟悉DFMEA, PFMEA, Contorl Plan等流程。 6. Fluent English in speaking and writing. 流利的英文听说读写能力。 |
