Responsibilities1.Optimize the delivery process and team in Supply chain/Logistics.在供应链/物流领域对交付的过程和团队进行管理和优化。2. Optimize the Logistics Outsourcing source process and team in Supply chain/Logistics. .在供应链/物流领域对物流外包商采购的过程和团队进行管理和优化。3. Lean warehouse management and optimization for ROH or Packing & Shippping warehouse.对原材料和包装发货的过程和团队进行管理和优化。4. Inventory management and optimization in strategic and operational level.对库存进行策略和运营方面的管理和优化。5. By establishment and execution of most efficient shipping configuration to optimize the transportation cost of finished goods outbound and also the incoming material from 3rd party or SEDL leased warehouse.通过建立和执行高绩效的发货体系来优化成品的国外运输成本以及第三方或租赁库房的来料运输成本6. Deep dive to pack process and 3rd party warehouse management process, drive the wastes elimination through the relayout/5S, standard routing hours transparency and increase the efficiency of the space utilization.深入包装流程和第三方仓库管理流程，通过重新布局/5S，标准工作耗时透明化和增加空间利用率来推动减少浪费。7. Coach and working together with order management, material management, third party service, warehouse and logistics employees to execute lean material projects such as direct to Point of use, cycle count, fifo, 2 bins system, kitting cart, supplier container improvement, etc.为了执行精益物料项目与订单管理、材料管理、第三方服务机构、仓库与物流管理相关员工一起合作并提供专业辅导，例如指导使用要点，周期计算，先进先出，2 bins system, kitting cart，供应商集装箱改善等8. Support other team and department: Give and share logistic information to relative department for problem sovling or process improvement. .为其他团队和部门提供支持。提供相关物流信息以帮助问题解决和流程改进。9. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.完成领导交办的其它任务。Qualifications1.5 years experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Lean Management 5年以上供应链或物流或精益物流管理经验2. 3 years experience in People Management 3年以上带团队经验3. Major in SCM/ Business Administration / Bachelor or above / 供应链管理或商业管理专业，本科以上学历4. Deep knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management / 供应链管理方面丰富的知识和经验5. Rich management experience and strong leadership / 丰富的管理经验和较强的领导力6. Good English communication skill and / 良好的英语沟通能力7.熟悉SAP系统的应用 |
