Responsibilities |
Job Purpose\ principal responsibilities
To promote and to sell Xella (Ytong) system, existing and new product in project market by making quotation, negotiation, closing sales, and supply management
Job Description\ specific duties
¨ Manage and control all quotation for project ,closing sales and product supply to meet sales / profit target
¨ Conduct sales presentation to potential clients, focusing on Main contractor
¨ Time management planning
¨ Update Project database filling and Quotation, to approval material in project
¨ Maintain good relationship with main contractor and applicator
¨ Project coordination with Technical supporter and technical instructor
¨ Review project won / lost status
¨ Monthly report per month ( latest 21st each month )
¨ Project hand over to distributor ( per month )
¨ Review and Supply Management in projects ( every week )
¨ Conduct gathering for applicator / main contractor
¨ Review Winning ratio and supply management ( per 3 months )
¨ Achieving budget expectations for volume and price for all products
¨ Operating within overhead budget control
¨ Maintaining solid and quality customer base
¨ Maintaining stable and well instructed team |
Requirements |
Academic Qualifications:
Knowledge of specialized field, such as understanding construction process in project.
Proven history of running a successful sales team and able to demonstrate man management experience
Related Working Experiences (Years):
over 5 years of sales experience in multinational companies.
Particular Skills\Characters:
Understand working drawing (CAD drawing), price estimation, and sales contract
Good communication skills and interpersonal character Customer-orientation style.
Be willing to work under extremely pressure and target oriented and very robust
Be fully aware to achieve the sales result in specified time frame
Be an aggressive personality and understand the Chinese way of business with strong desire of success |
