1. Monitoring planning performance to ensure optimized MPS, on-time-delivery, billing maximization, rationalized inventory & customer satisfaction
2. Work with Marketing, Customer Service Team & Operations to deliver good customer service quality
3. Educate team members to lead to planning targets achievement
4. Project and task force including new product safe launch and system enhancement |
| Requirements |
1. Bachelor degree or above,planning background is perferred.
2. 2-3 years leading experience in
transnational enterprise.
3 . excellent interpersonal skills and good communication in Mandarin & English
4. good logical thinking and analysis/trouble-shooting capability |
