Position Sr.Financial Manager

Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY:


The primary responsibility of this position is to assist DGM manage all the Financial needs in .




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Lead and develop the Finance Department, introduce and manage Finance, Accounting and billing practices and processes in line with the company’s overall strategy.




2. Generally manage financial, accounting and billing matters, including:


2.1 Development and implementation of systems and procedures.


2.2 Manage the financial budgeting process: prepare 3y-plans,Budget and Forecasts.


2.3 Financial risk management, Internal control improvement Implement and reinforce internal controls


2.4 Cash flow control, management of banking requirements and financing issues


2.5 Preparation of taxation and other WOFE reports as required by authorities.


2.6 Preparation of financial accounts and management reports; as well as variance analysis, to support management decision making.


2.7 Monitoring of financial aspects of projects and departments, including cost analysis, budgeting and planning.


2.8 Contribute to business growth though sound financial judgment and analysis. Financial performance management.




3. Emphasis quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Requirements EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:




1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential; a CPA, senior accountant qualifications, or another advanced financial or accounting degree is an advantage.


2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting. At least 5 years of experience in the position of Financial Manager in full function.


3. Solid command of Chinese financial reporting and accounting software. Oracle/Hyperion Experience is plus


4. Strong computer skills: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.


5. Strong experience in people management, teamwork; sound people skills.


6. Open-minded, quick to learn and willing to accept different ideas.


7. Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation skills.


8. Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team


9. Ability to think strategically and translate thoughts into action.


10. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.


11. Financial management experience in Logistics Industry is a plus
