A. Major Responsibilities
l Review and plan quality department work strategy and implementation.
l Set up and improve major process to promote system assurance capability.
l Be involved in supplier and material improvement.
l Be involved in product process design and improvement.
l Resource review and arrangement.
l Coordinate external or internal audit. |
Requirements |
Qualifications:
A. Required Education/Training and/or Experience:
ü Bachelor degree and above on technology;
ü One than 5 years work experience on quality management or related in international manufacturer.
ü Good English both oral and written.
B. Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
ü Quality management tools, including CP, FMEA, AQL, SPC etc;
ü Farmiliar with ISO9000 standard and auditor experience is a plus,
ü Process control experience , farmilar with manufacturing operation management flow.
ü Lean and six sigma knowledge is a plus.
C. Desired or Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
ü Project Management, leadership.
ü Strong result orientation and good coordination. |
