Responsibilities |
Job description
l To develop standard policies and some administration functions (e.g. stationery purchase procedure, canteen procedure, shuttle bus procedure etc.)
l Administrative suppliers’ management including supplier selection, evaluation, daily management and annual contract review etc. (e.g., express, stationery, shuttle bus & canteen, etc.)
l Optimize administrative services (e.g. front desk, express, stationery, office supply, shuttle bus & canteen, etc.)
l Contract management and company certificates management.
l Company documents daily seal.
l Cost control for fixed expense related to general service.
l With direct report from General Service coordinators, receptionists. (Beijing, Shanghai office) and supporting to Jilin and Inner Mongolia office.
l Setting up team & personal KPIs and follow by periodical review
l Setting goals and objectives for bonus agreement
l People Review implementation
l Team improvement & personal development
l Giving Supporting to other departments. |
Requirements |
Qualifications
l Bachelor degree or above within related areas
l Strong service-oriented mindset
l Excellent oral and writing English skills
l Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
l Minimum 5 years relevant experience in multi-national company
l People management experiences and leadership skills
l Ability to work independently and maintain integrity under pressure
l Strong capabilities in organizing and managing various tasks
l Flexible and adaptive to solve problems in different situation |
