Responsibilities |
l In charge of training system’s layout & implement.
l Formulate SETL training policy, Procedure & Standard, evaluate training project, ensure training quality.
l Conduct technical training to improve the capability of the manufacturing plants
l In charge of all related activity of internal & external of the Company.
l Draw up training evaluate scheme, improve training quality and effect.
l Lean manufactory introduction to the plant
l Set up HR system documentation and key position capability building & success planning. |
Requirements |
Requirement & Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree.
l CET 4 above, be fluent in oral English and Excellent in written English
l Have excellent express & communication ability.
Competency/Knowledge/Skills
l Be understood of knowledge HR system management.
l Familiar with internal & external training’s work flow., have work experience of annual training layout.
l Be chary, patient, integrity and full of energy
l Be well in organization and planning
l Be customer focused and have good customer experience
l Have good team work spirit
l Be good at dealing with ambiguity and can cope with change effectively
l Deal with concepts and complexity comfortably
Work Experiences:
l More than 5 years working experience. At least two manufacture’s work experience. |
