Responsibilities |
1、 Will be in charge of definition, deployment and following up of “Gamesa’s Operating System” in . It will promote and agree the specific action plans for improvement to be worked out during the year within the production plants and management areas of . Supervise the effective implantation of processes and industrial deployment of products to obtain adequate quality, delivery times with minimum cost without compromising reliability, maintenance capability, flexible and operational design and intrinsically safety, for people, environment and facilities. All that, to reinforce every time and everywhere in Gamesa-China the pull production concept, at the same time that emphasizes the importance of assuring the adequacy and professional qualification of people together with recognition as the key factor of motivation. Taking into account the premise that for Gamesa the most important people are the properly ones and giving profit with the best management of projects.
2、 To develop and manage EEM (early Equipment Management) from Component and Process Directorate in order to be applied in all Gamesa-China.
3、 To contribute the optimisation of the “delivery development” for all the Gamesa-China developments
4、 Collaborate with Quality Directorate within development and management following system to implement and develop EFQM model.
5、 Collaborate to implement social responsibility and sustainability development in agreement to directives from Human Resources Directorate.
6、 Manage the development of the company leadership within their unit.
7、 Manage strategic planning of Gamesa within their own scope.
8、 Manage GMBO within their unit
9、 Carry out the integrated development and control of business targets.
10、 To collaborate in the development of the value chain and Gamesa processes.
11、 To integrate people collaborators within Gamesa Project by communication, information, responsibilities delegation, and recognition.
12、 Manage people, facilities, process, quality and economic results.
13、 To apply PDCA in all areas of their responsibility.
14、 To co-ordinate the “7s” management tool in all Gamesa-China.
15、 Cost, Standard times, and budget control of engineering Component and Process.
16、 Audits of the facilities in operational mode from a WCOS viewpoint.
17、 To implement the necessary communication campaigns associated with the implementation of WCOS. |
Requirements |
Requirements:
一、Technical Engineering
1、 Knowledge of WCOS, EFQM, EEM and Project Management.
2、 Knowledge of TQM=TQM+PPM+TIE+JIT
3、 Knowledge of Kaizen and 7s(5s + Health and Safety + Security)
4、 Knowledge of Strategic Planning system
5、 Knowledge of Integrated Management Control System.
6、 Knowledge of organisational structure, processes, procedure and drafting of standards.
7、 Knowledge of management systems by objectives.
8、 Occupational health and safety systems, techniques and standards.
9、 Knowledge of wind turbine processes.
10、 Knowledge of installations.
11、 Knowledge of the process activities.
12、 Knowledge of the drafting of plans, strategies and internal and external communication flows, communication skills, ability for synthesis and structuring of information.
13、 Knowledge Management Systems.
14、 Knowledge of control and cost reduction systems.
15、 Knowledge of audit techniques.
16、 Knowledge of languages: English.
二、5 years minimum experience within similar job.

14、 Knowledge and respect of the Gamesa organisation and its operating norms in his/her area of responsibility.
