Responsibilities |

Take the responsibility of a few accounts as the main contact window or interface to the customers as well as the communication bridge between the customers and various functions internally. Maintain the customer relationship and develop deep sales opportunity. Monitor the customer satisfaction level by ensuring the operational excellence, contract compliance, quick response to pricing and exceptional issues. |
