Responsibilities |
1. Set up Dept objective, deploy and supervise the implementation
2. Leading the sales team to explore the sales channels and achieve the sales objective
3. Manage budget, allocate budget and monitor expense
4. Lead subordinates, mentor and coach team members
5. Reports to sales director. |
Requirements |
High achievement orientation and good leadership qualities to drive performance targets, able to motive all level of employees, build high performing culture and trust within the organization, coach & develop for results.
2. Good command in English and good EQ in communication ability with different entities, business partners and different levels of people in the organization.
3. Able to work under pressure and work effectively in an environment with resources constraints.
4. Resourceful – ability to seek continuous improvements and lead his team in achieving results with limited resources.
5. Good sense of cost and budget control;
6. Familiar with weighing industrial or load cell manufacturing is a plus
7. Bachelor degree or above
8. Can travel for weeks a time
9. Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational company in sales management.
10. Experience working in a matrix organization preferred. |
