Responsibilities |
Job Content: 1.Find new suppliers on the domestic market for tools. 2.Performing sourcing and price negotiations. 3.Ensure delivery times. 4.Visit suppliers and make sure that the quality fit to our requirements. 5.Implementing strategic procurement including contract negotiations and negotiating terms of payment and delivery. 6.Definition and implementation of procurement processes. 7.Establishing a controlling instrument to report cost savings. 8.Visit suppliers and exhibitions. 9.Daily management of all Sourcing belongings. 10.Other duties as assigned by the company. |
Requirements |
Job Requirement: 1.Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent major in Purchasing, etc… 2.Necessary Skills •Qualified knowledge in Purchasing, •Ability to persuade and influence others •Ability to develop and deliver presentations •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Knowledge of purchasing and price negotiations techniques 3. Working Experience •At least 5 years work experience in sourcing in Asian Pacific region. 4.Personality •Being a good communicator and coordinator. •Being an active thinker. •Being outgoing, innovative, responsible, active, and independent. •Being a good team player. 5.Language •Fluent in oral English •Proficient in Business English writing 6.Computer Skills •Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc... •Proficient in Outlook and Internet •Knowledge in SAP will be a plus. 7.Others •Work requires significant domestic and international travels to current and potential clients and suppliers. |
