| Responsibilities |
Main Responsibility
* Coordinate & prepare with various business units for the yearly budget & rolling forecast
* Be responsible for compiling the reporting of operating and financial data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, to reflect the status and changes correctly and timely.
* Provide variance analysis on performance. Monitor business activities and follow up the action plan to ensure they are in alignment with objectives and strategies.
* Establish and follow up the evolution of product cost and price. Support product cost improvement roadmap.
* Participate in the investment decision (profitability analysis) and the elaboration of the action plan , follow up regularly the returns.
* Participate in establishing and improving internal procedure and control system.
* Ensure the reliability of the cost information coming from the FI module of BPCS system.
Job details:
1.Costing
- Perform month-end closing
- Prepare Monthly Production (KPI) Reporting Package
- Costing master data maintenance.
- Run standard cost for
- Perform Balance Sheet Evaluation
- Analyze Standard Cost Devaluation
- Coordinate inventory count
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Planning
- Assist to prepare quarterly financial commentary report
- Assist to hold regularly financial performance review meeting with divisions
- Upload OPO templates for annual planning
- Prepare LE files and financial summary - Conduct annual SAP costing run |
| Requirements |
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in accounting, auditing or finance.
-6 years above working experience in accounting function, 3-5 year working experience at costing accountant field in manufacturing environment;
- Effective communication skill;
- Good English in verbal and written
- JDE experiences is prefer
- Strong logical analysis capability
- Self Motivated and work independently. |
